Meet the founders

Brock Clancy, MBA

Co-Founder & CEO

Brock Clancy is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PSPSync. He and Shyam worked together extensively before co-founding the company, first at Innomar Strategies, then at a leading pharmaceutical services vendor, where Brock rose from Vice President of Patient Services and Operations to Chief Operating Officer.

Earlier in his career, he held progressively senior operations and program management roles at Innomar Strategies, including Director, Senior Program Manager, and Senior Project Manager, following several years managing programs at AmerisourceBergen.

Brock holds an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration and Management from the University of Edinburgh and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Shyam Maini

Co-Founder & President

Shyam Maini is Co-Founder and President of PSPSync. Prior to his most recent role as Director of Patient Support Programs at McKesson, he and Brock built a working partnership over nearly a decade in Canadian specialty pharma before founding the company together, most recently as part of the senior leadership team at a leading pharmaceutical services vendor, where Shyam served as Vice President, Patient Support Strategy.

His earlier roles included Manager of Patient Support Programs at LEO Pharma, Manager of Patient Services at Takeda, and several years in business development and strategic partnership roles at Innomar Strategies.

Shyam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. His time at both pharmaceutical companies and vendors in both strategic and operational roles gives him a unique perspective and ability to carry the voice of the customer into PSPsync’s service delivery.
